by Sreedas P Sasikumar (Posted on Wednesday 27 April, 2011)This lens is extremely light. It hardly adds any weight to the camera. It returns some really good photos in low light and offers good depth of field. I paired this lens with my D3100 and it returned some good shots (made me feel like a professional!). The auto focus offered by this lens is a boon. Sometimes I did have some trouble getting the lens to focus at the right object though. But then press of a few buttons and turn of a couple of dials did it for me. I ordered this lens from FotoCentre -online. And they had my order processed and the lens delivered to me in 4 days(!!). All this and packed firmly to withstand the long shipment.
