Unfortunately Foto Centre India does not offer Cash On Delivery. However, with due assurance, your products that you would pay for, will get delivered to you within specified timeframe.
Once the order is shipped the tracking number will be updated and sent to you on your registered e-mail. If not received on mail, you can also check on the website by logging in to your account under My Orders section.
Open box products are those whose outer box is tampered in various situations like transit damage or opened for demo etc. However, a standard 3 month warranty is applicable on them from Fotocentre.
- Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style/ model.
- Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging (We will need a proof of video or Unboxing Video)
- Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts. This condition must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests placed after 2 days will not be accepted.
After placing the order, You can cancel the order within 3 hours if you wish to. And in case of requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and refund will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days.
We have taken measures to ensure that your information is secure. Our online store is implemented with relevant security technologies to enable a great shopping experience.
i. We process most orders within 1-3 business days upon confirmation. Once the orders are processed and dispatched, the transit time is 5-7 business days.
Note: Weekends and general holidays will affect delivery time.
On rare occasions, there is a system delay in sending confirmation mails or SMSes. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 10-15 minutes of placing the order, please Contact us
- Orders that have already been shipped can’t be modified.
- But if you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn’t been shipped yet, you’ll need to send us an email or WhatsApp with the updated shipping address.
- If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
- If the order is shipped before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
Shipping typically takes between 1 to 3 business days. Delivery depends on the destination:
- Metro cities: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
- Non-metro cities: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days.
