Orders and Shipping

Most standard parts of India, orders ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
Mostly all orders normally arrive within 5-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.

Orders that have entered the shipping process can’t be modified. But If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll need to send us an email with the updated shipping address.
You can follow the status of your order by clicking on the link in your shipment confirmation email.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.
As of now we are only limited to India but we would love to ship to your country very soon.

Returns must be in new original condition, unopened/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
The first thing you need to do is contact us, by phone or preferably by mail. Please send us as much information as possible. Include your order number, which product you ordered and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), and the picking slip.
If, despite our best efforts to carefully prepare your order, it arrives damaged than it’s our responsibility to replace the same with a new one after arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies. To assist you with this matter, please contact our Customer Service team and send a minimum of three photos of the product you received.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been shipped.

We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.

Once you’ve submitted your order, it’s not possible to edit the items in your order or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want.
Right now we are not accepting pre-orders on sold out items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications for specific items on our site, so you will be one of the first to know when the specific item you want is available again.
