- Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style/ model.

After placing the order, You can cancel the order within 3 hours if you wish to. And in case of requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and refund will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days.
We have taken measures to ensure that your information is secure. Our online store is implemented with relevant security technologies to enable a great shopping experience.
i. We process most orders within 1-3 business days upon confirmation. Once the orders are processed and dispatched, the transit time is 5-7 business days.
Note: Weekends and general holidays will affect delivery time.
On rare occasions, there is a system delay in sending confirmation mails or SMSes. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 10-15 minutes of placing the order, please Contact us
- Orders that have already been shipped can’t be modified.
- But if you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn’t been shipped yet, you’ll need to send us an email or WhatsApp with the updated shipping address.
- If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
- If the order is shipped before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
