Fits perfectly on Manfrotto RC2 mount, there is no play at all. It fits equally well on arca swiss mounts. Peak Design Anchor Links can be left attached to this if fixed on the correct corner. I have 3 of these now, two for my cameras and one for my telephoto lens foot.
While using with an arca swiss head make sure it is tightened well , since this does not have the safety pin/screw that prevents it from sliding of an arca swiss head like normal arca swiss plates. This a serious issue for small arca swiss clamps slide is very small and camera may fall off. I mainly use it with Manfrotto RC2 and Peak Design Capture Clip , so not big issue for me.
One minor issue I noticed is that the rubber or plastic pad on this leaves an oily residue on the camera and on the pad if it is attached to the camera for a few days. I hope this will dry off after some time.
This is good buy for any one getting into Peak Design ecosystem and uses Manfrotto or other brands that uses arca swiss.
