Shipping Policy

At Foto Centre India, we understand that getting your products in a timely manner is important. That is why we make every effort to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via trusted courier partners and the shipping method will be chosen based on the destination and the size of the package. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any special courier partner request or you may know if some courier services in your pincode destination does not deliver on time, you may mention your preferred courier partner in the Notes while placing your order. We will try to dispatch your order via that service.

Shipping Fees:

We offer free shipping on all orders. For WeFast / Borzo same-day delivery service (within Mumbai only), the delivery fee is to be paid by the customer.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Heavy weight packages are likely to take some more time as compared to regular shipments. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any delay caused by the shipping service. In case of any delay or lost package we will assist you to track the package and get the package delivered as soon as possible. In case of a lost package by the courier service, we will definitely help you get another product or refund but only after we have received a compensation from the courier service.
